Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund After Activation

Once a license key has been activated (i.e., entered in ChainE and verified against our license server), no refunds will be issued. This applies to all plans: yearly (₹1,999/year) and monthly (₹399/month).

Why? ChainE is a digital software product delivered instantly via download. Once the license is activated and bound to your machine, the product has been fully delivered. We encourage you to review ChainE's features on our website before purchasing.

2. Yearly Plan

The yearly plan (₹1,999/year) is a one-time payment that provides 12 months of access from the date of purchase. There is no auto-renewal. To continue after your plan expires, simply purchase again.

3. Monthly Plan

The monthly plan (₹399/month) is a one-time payment that provides 30 days of access from the date of purchase. There is no auto-renewal. No partial refunds for unused days.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, no license will be issued. Contact support to resolve payment issues.

5. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate payment, technical error preventing activation), contact us at [email protected] and we will review your case individually. Any approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
