By downloading, installing, or using ChainE ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
ChainE is a standalone options trading simulator for Indian index options. It runs locally on your computer, connects to Zerodha via Kite Connect API for live market data, and is developed and distributed by Nitin Prashant Mannar (sole proprietor), Chennai, India. MSME Registration: UDYAM-TN-02-0459886.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ChainE on up to 2 machines simultaneously, with up to 3 machine changes per month. You may not:
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Pricing may change; existing subscriptions honor the price at time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Yearly plans provide access for 12 months from the date of purchase. Monthly plans provide access for 30 days from the date of purchase. Both are one-time payments (not auto-recurring).
No refunds are issued once a license key has been activated. We strongly recommend evaluating ChainE's features on our website before purchasing. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
ChainE is not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Advisor. ChainE is a simulator and analysis tool — it does not provide trading signals, tips, strategies, or investment recommendations. All trading decisions are made solely by you. Trading in options involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
ChainE runs locally on your machine. Your trading data, positions, P&L, and journal never leave your computer. The only data sent to our server is: license key verification (on startup), heartbeat (every 5 minutes, includes machine ID and IP), and email address (at purchase). ChainE connects to Zerodha's Kite Connect API for live market data. Your Zerodha account and API subscription (₹500/month) are governed by Zerodha's terms and conditions. ChainE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zerodha.
ChainE is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In no event shall ChainE or its developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software, including but not limited to simulated trading results or data inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to revoke a license if these terms are violated, including redistribution, reverse engineering, or sharing of license keys. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ChainE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
